If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your journey without delay.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Extreme Flight account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
